Hi, I’m Kate! After years in corporate America, I’ve traded deadlines and conference calls for design boards, paint decks, and the joyful chaos of creating beautiful spaces. What started as a little homestead dream has grown into a place where faith, family, and design meet — where cottage charm and creative living come together.

 

My husband Hank and I are raising our (soon to be five!) wonderful children on a patch of Tennessee land we lovingly call Hartland Cottage Farm. Our days are filled with faith, farmhouse projects, and family life — and while the farm will always be part of our story, my heart has turned more and more toward interior design and creative direction. From cozy cottage renovations to Airbnb projects, I love helping others bring warmth, character, and a touch of timeless charm to the spaces they call home.

 

We believe in beauty rooted in simplicity, in slow living, and in finding grace in the ordinary. Alongside my design work, I curate a small collection of Catholic home goods — meaningful pieces that help weave faith into the rhythm of daily life and the heart of the home.
